By browsing this site, sending the enquiry form, or paying a deposit for a sitting, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not enrol and do not use the form. Matrix Mapgrid is the training studio operated from 100/43 Soi Naksuwan, Nonoi Road, Yannawa, Bangkok, 10120, Thailand.
What we offer
We teach candlestick pattern reading in a classroom and in booked private or review hours. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or trade signals. Nothing on this site or in a sitting is an offer to buy or sell any security, currency, or commodity. Past chart examples are teaching material only.
Enrolment
A message through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed place. A studio place is held when the published deposit clears. A clinic place is held when the full clinic fee clears. Private and review hours are held when we confirm a time in writing and, where we have asked for it, prepayment arrives.
Your conduct in the room
You will not record video of a sitting without written permission. You will not solicit other students for brokerage, signals groups, or competing classes during a sitting. We may ask you to leave a session, without a refund for that session, if you disrupt the table or press the trainer for a buy or sell on a name you hold after being told we do not give one.
Intellectual property
Printed pattern sheets, clinic packs, homework mark-up, and the text and photographs on this site are owned by Matrix Mapgrid or used under licence. You may keep your own annotated charts and your marked homework for personal study. You may not copy the packs for resale, teach from our sheets as if they were yours, or scrape the site to build a competing course. Student names in stories appear with permission; do not reuse those stories as your own marketing.
Site content
Journal articles are educational notes from the desk. They can be incomplete for a market you trade. You are responsible for your own decisions outside the classroom. We may correct pages without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Matrix Mapgrid is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you take after a sitting. Our training does not guarantee skill, pass rates, or profit. If a court finds us liable for a matter we can legally limit, our aggregate liability for that matter is capped at the fees you paid us for the sitting that gave rise to the claim. We remain liable where Thai law does not allow exclusion, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence in the classroom.

Links to maps, font providers, or image hosts are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued enrolment after a change, where we have posted the new terms on this page, constitutes acceptance of the revised text for sittings that start after the date of the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from studio enrolment, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under Thai law.
