What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email address, the sitting you selected, an optional preferred date, and the message you write (which may mention the market you watch). If you enrol, we also keep payment references, attendance, homework first names, and emails we send about session times. If you telephone, we keep a note of the call sufficient to reply.
We do not ask for national ID numbers, brokerage account numbers, or portfolio holdings. Please do not put those in the message field. If you do, we will delete them from our copy when we notice them.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to judge whether a clinic or studio place is the right sitting, and to send enrolment notes. We use enrolment details to run the class, mark homework, and handle deposits and refunds. We use a cookie-preference record so the banner does not reappear on every page load. These uses are to perform a request you made, to perform a contract of enrolment, or to pursue our legitimate interest in running a small studio without sending marketing lists to third parties.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless you ask us to keep your name for a later intake. Enrolment records, invoices, and refund notes are kept for five years to meet ordinary Thai accounting practice. Marked homework is returned to you; we do not keep a second annotated copy after the cycle ends unless you have asked for a scan.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and its exemptions, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing (for example, an optional wait-list email). You may lodge a complaint with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise rights, write to hello@matrix-mapgrid.digital. We will respond within the time Thai law requires.
International transfers
Email and site hosting may store copies outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s published safeguards and on the fact that the message you send is limited to enrolment details. We do not sell personal data. We do not send student lists to brokers.

Children
Sittings are for adults. We do not knowingly collect details of children under 20 years of age. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete them.
